Shipping Destinations

NOYSH currently delivers to Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia.

Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout based on the delivery destination.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

• Montenegro: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs processing and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within Montenegro costs €4.00.

For deliveries to Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia, applicable shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible after they have been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping information and, where available, a tracking number so that you can follow the delivery of your order.

International Orders, Customs and Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where applicable, such charges are determined by the relevant authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
